New Play Store is rolling out

It’s been reported that Google will release a new UI for their Play Store, some users have reported receiving the update.

A major UI update is definitely due as it has been a while since the last one. The new UI changes the format of the Play Store considerably with content now split in two halves; Apps and Games, and Entertainment. With this content separation, Google is aiming for users to spend less time having to look for what they want and provide a more streamline experience.

Google is still releasing the update in waves so check your device periodically.
