Tech trade-in site and refurbished seller, musicMagpie, has achieved a milestone of 100,000 reviews on Trustpilot.
musicMagpie has accomplished 100,000 reviews within the ‘mobile recycling and unlocking services’ category, whilst at the same time, maintaining a 5 star ‘Excellent’ rating on Trustpilot. In the UK, the site is one of a handful of businesses to have achieved this number of reviews, and also boasts a Trustpilot TrustScore of 9.3 out of 10.
In just over a decade, musicMagpie has reinvented itself as a business. It’s gone from buying physical media such as CDs, DVDs, and games, to becoming the leading consumer technology business in the UK. The site gives consumers a free and easy way to sell their unwanted technology, whilst also selling top quality refurbished devices for a fraction of the price of new.
Liam Howley, CMO at musicMagpie, said: “We’re incredibly proud to hit 100,000 reviews and we’d like to thank all of our customers who took the time to leave a review. As an online business, instilling trust is key for us, and our commitment to making our customers happy is at the heart of our company.
“Reviews give our potential customers a good insight into our service, whilst at the same time, giving us an opportunity to constantly improve, and this in turn allows us to give our customers the service they deserve. As well as achieving 100,000 reviews, we’re just as proud to say that we’ve managed to maintain our five-star rating with a TrustScore of 9.3 on the Trustpilot platform.”
With more than 65 million reviews of over 300,000 domains, Trustpilot is the world’s most powerful review platform – free and open to all. Trustpilot reviews are seen more than 3 billion times each month by consumers worldwide.
Alan Duncan, Vice President Consumer Marketing at Trustpilot, said: “Trustpilot gives people a place to share and discover reviews of businesses and gives every company the tools to listen, respond and improve their business in a transparent way. Since joining Trustpilot in 2012 musicMagpie has been striving to constantly put its customers at the heart of what it does, and that is great to see.”
