LG has recently returned to the UK phone market with the LG Prada 3.0 and has revealed a new tablet which is just 9.34mm in width and packs a few surprises – 32GB of storage, full size SD card compatibility and a dual-core 1.5 GHz processor.
The LG Optimus Pad LTE doesn’t come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich however – instead, Android 3.2 Honeycomb is the embedded OS. On the plus side, there’s an impressive 8 megapixel camera and DLNA and HDMI functions. The 1280 x 720 resolution 8.9inch screen is supplemented by a decent body which weighs in at 497g. Size wise, the measurements of the LG Optimus Pad LTE are 245mm x 151mm.
There’s no UK release date or price yet but expect an announcement late next month at Mobile World Congress…
