Samsung’s Indonesian branch got the party started a bit early and posted an advert for the S7 on YouTube.

The video shows Indonesian archer Dellie Threesyadinda training with the aid of a Samsung device that isn’t named. But we can all safely assume it’s the Galaxy S7 edge and that it’s a new model as the device is evidently waterproof in the video. As rumoured the S7 will be of similar design to the S6 edge and will support wireless charging.

The video is from an official Samsung channel and a teaser website, also located in Indonesia has gone live teasing features of a new device. Hints are left on the site with captions such as “worry-less discovery,” accompanied by the outline of a smartphone with bubble in it. This indicates further the S7 will be a waterproof device. The last page depicts a camera lens with the caption “bring light to the night.” Given Samsung’s track record of providing amazing cameras in their smartphones, we can expect a stellar camera and from the teaser, one that works even better in low light situations.
