Ever heard of Lava? Well we won’t blame you if you haven’t – the company mainly operates in India and Africa. Today, it has a new line of phones for those two markets.
The first of these is the Lava Iris Pro 30. It’s a slim Android 4.2 handset measuring just 7.5mm thick and weighing 114g overall. The display is at 4.7-inches, running 720p.
Take a look under the hood and you’ll find a quad-core 1.2GHz processor with a 2,000 mAh battery. An eight-megapixel camera sits on the back with a three-megapxiel snapper on the front.
In India, it will go for 16,000 INR. With quad-hand support the phone will work in the US, Asia and Europe, though a release in these markets hasn’t been announced just yet.
