The company is aiming to reach a market share of between 3% and 5% within five years, and to do so they’re going to need some pretty impressive handsets. These will fall into established categories; Basic, Music, Lifestyle and Innovation.
Hyundai will be launching its new portfolio at Mobile World Congress in February, but two existing handsets that will be available soon are the MB400 and MB500.
The MB400 (below) is a music phone that has a definite iPod look and feel, with a touchscreen display, 1GB memory card and 262,144 colour display.
The MB500 (below) is a conventional slider with 3-megapixel camera, FM radio, memory card expansion and Bluetooth.
