The latest version will cost £699
Huawei has announced the launch an updated version of last years flagship P30 Pro smartphone.
The latest addition is called the Huawei P30 Pro New Edition, and features increased RAM and memory.
Like last years flagship, it is also supported by Android 10 and Google Mobile Services, unlike this years P40 series.
The smartphone launches from June 3 in silver from the Huawei store and selected retailers and operators for £699.
Huawei is also throwing in a free Huawei Watch GT2e for customers that purchase the phone before June 30.
Last year’s model was a contributing factor towards the vendor shipping 240 million smartphones.
Specs
It comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory, which Huawei says can store over 70,000 photos.
The New Edition is powered by a Kirin 980 chipset, while there is a 4,200mAh battery inside.
It keeps the Leica quad-camera setup, which includes a SuperZoom lens, 40MP SuperSpectrum lens and 20MP ultra-wide angle lens.
Huawei’s updated P30 Pro also comes with the vendor’s recently launched Huawei Music and Video platform.
Other additions include Huawei’s new voice assistant Celia and OneHop which allows users to connect a range of smart devices.
This also includes the latest OneHop multi-screen collaboration, which allows users the opportunity to drag and drop files between devices.
