Vodafone, EE, O2, Three, Phones 4u and Carphone Warehouse have confirmed they will stock HTC’s new handset.

Vodafone said the HTC One would be on sale from March 15th, with pre-orders open two weeks before and, as a 4G phone, would be good to go when its 4G network was available in a given area.

Everything Everywhere (EE) said the HTC One would be available on 4G online and in retail stores from mid-March across a range of 4G price plans, at £69.99 on a £41 per month for 24 months deal, with 1GB mobile data and unlimited UK calls and texts.

EE confirmed the handset would also be available on Orange and T-Mobile networks across a range of plans including £69.99 on a £36 per month, 24 month plan.

Three said it would be offering the handset, with customers able to order from February 22nd online and in store.

O2 confirmed it would stock the new handset but had no further details at this stage.

Carphone Warehouse confirmed it would sell the handset from March 15th with pre-orders available now but no word as yet on pricing.

Have a play

In conjunction with the HTC launch event, Phones 4u had handsets to play with at its Oxford Street store and the retailer said it was the only place in the UK where people could test out the new device until 21st February.

Pre-orders started today ahead of the phone’s general release on March 15th, it said.

The handset came free from £36 per month on contract on a range of networks from mid-March onwards, Phones 4u said.
