Halo is coming to Xbox One in 2014

Not much is known about 343 Industries’ next Halo project. A vague trailed debuted at E3 last year, but since then we’ve heard little about the new Xbox One title.

However, Microsoft’s Rob Semsey has confirmed that it will bring its flagship series to Xbox One in 2014. Semsey took to Twitter to post: “Rest assured your next Halo journey WILL begin in 2014, #staycalm”.

Xbox Wire had posted a list of 2014 Xbox One titles that didn’t include the new Halo game. Semsey’s tweet was meant to reassure and confirm that Master Chief will be back this year.

Still, that leaves precious little time for it to be revealed a PR campaign to get properly underway. Hurry, Chief!
