Online phone specialist, Envirofone, has announced a brand new industry-leading offering, that sees them broaden out from selling and recycling, as they introduce a range of new products and services.
Alongside its core smartphone recycling service, Envirofone will now offer customers the chance to buy products including tablets, wearables, SIM cards, phone insurance, and the ability to purchase handsets over £99 using PayPal credit.
In a further effort to make the customer journey as smooth as possible, Envirofone is also launching a new ‘airtime calculator’ which will help buyers to shave money off their existing contract as they shop for new smartphone deals. This innovative tool is not currently available on any other phone recycling or e-commerce websites.
The new offering also includes a one-stop advice centre, giving customers a go-to place for expertise and tips on a range of topics, from how to choose the right phone for you, to what to do if you drop your handset in water.
Envirofone’s new service marks a further diversification of the business, following the move to start selling phones in 2015, and sets the benchmark for other phone recyclers as the company looks to provide an all-inclusive offering for its customers.
