Coffee with Apple’s Tim Cook? That’ll be £100,000 for charity, thanks

Milk or cream, Mr Cook?

How would you like the chance to sit down with Apple head honcho Tim Cook and tell him exactly what you think of your new iPhone (or what you’d like the new one to be?)

Well, if you’ve got a spare £100,000 or so, why not hop over to charitybuzz.com  and put in a bid to have a cup of coffee at Apple’s Cupertino HQ with the Great Timster.

Bidding is so far running at $US180,000 ( £116, ooo) with all proceeds go to  The Robert F Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights, and has risen $US156,000 ( £100,000) in the last half hour, so get your bidding shoes on quick, folks.

You’ve got just 20 days to get your bid in and you can take a guest (maybe Steve Ballmer will pay you to be his guest).

You will of course be paying for your own travel and accommodation.  But don’t think you’re going to get to rant to Tim about how lousy iTunes can sometimes be.

The strict rules state “We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience won at Charitybuzz. Polite manners and respect for the generous donor and adherence to any rules or parameters are a must”.

So no whinging about scratches on your case…
