The first service is the “MyMobileTariffChecker”, after research found that the UK as a nation is wasting a ‘staggering £29.7 billion on their mobile phone bills from not being on suitable tariffs’. Over two thirds of the money wasted is on prepay tariffs, so with the new tariff checker service everyone can make sure they are on the correct tariff for them and save money instantly.
To use the service, simple go into any branch where a member of staff will help you enter your current phone usage details into a computer for a personalised search.
The second deal is free broadband and landline calls for a year when you sign a contract between 16th January and 28th February. Calls and broadband will be included in the monthly line rental of £10.50 a month including calls to 36 international countries, representing a saving of almost £80 in the first 12 months. The deal offers an (up to) 8Mbps broadband connection, 40GB monthly download limit and a free wireless router.
