BLU reveals $349 Life Pure with 13MP camera

BLU is getting in the festive spirit by announcing a new $349 handset. But don’t turn your flagship-spoiled noses up at the Life Pure just yet; it’s actually got some noteworthy specs behind it.

Such specs include a 5-inch, 1080p display that will look as sharp as anything. Then there’s the impressive 13-megapixel camera for all your snappy needs. Even the front-facing snapper is at 5-megapixels, which goes above and beyond its rivals. It even has 32GB of storage space.

As for the geeky stuff, the Life Pure fulls down a bit here. There’s a 1.5GHz MediaTek chip inside which isn’t as fancy as some later Snapdragon chips, though it does use 2GB of RAM. Android 4.2 is of course the OS of choice.
