The Apple iPad Mini is the tablet that everyone is waiting for, even more so than the Microsoft Surface, and it looks like we’ll be able to get our hands on one from the 2nd November with a price of less than £399.
There is no confirmation from Apple that the iPad Mini will be the star of the event that Apple is holding on the 23rd October. However, rumours flying around claim it is and we’re also starting to see evidence of a launch date, as tech-gadget site Slashgear is claiming the mini-tablet will be going on sale on the 2nd November.
The Apple iPad Mini is thought to have a screen larger than the rival Google Nexus and Amazon Kindle Fire HD tablets, measuring in at 7.85 inches and come with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.
As we mentioned recently, it will come in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB variants, as well as 3G and WiFi only versions.
What’s more, Slashgear is also claiming that Apple will break away from the standard black and white editions of its hardware and introduce colour variants of the Apple iPad Mini, including red and green.
If Apple can bring a little colour to its range and deliver a price of between £200 and £300 for the iPad Mini, will it make you want one more? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
