Alcatel has ripped the curtains off the One Touch Idol Alpha, a 4.7-inch Android phone with what the company calls “exciting curves.”
We’re not sure if you can really get excited about the curves of a phone, but according to Alcatel the handset “stands out” and “takes creativity to a new level.”
The phone features a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, but exactly which processor remains unknown.
It will also have translucent edges that illuminate to notify you when your phone is doing something — such as charging or you have a notification.
We’ll be taking a look at the 7.5mm thick device at IFA 2013 in Berlin, but until then you’ll just have to admire the picture.
