Although release dates are to be confirmed, the smartphones are braced for a Q3 release
TCL has unveiled its latest smartphone series called the 10-Series, which includes the vendor’s first 5G smartphone.
In total there are three phones in the series; TCL 10 5G, TCL 10 Pro and TCL 10L.
All three smartphones come in below £400, with the TCL 10 5G a competitive £399, the TCL 10 Pro starting at the same price and the TCL 10L the cheapest option from £199.
However, availability and release date’s remain to be announced by the vendor.
All three smartphones feature a rear quad-camera set up along with Qualcomm Snapdragon processors.
The TCL 10 5G comes with a 6.53-inch full HD+ screen, that incorporates a 91 per cent screen-to-body ratio.
It is powered by a Snapdragon 765 chipset and also features reverse charging on the rear of the handset.
The camera setup includes a 64MP high-resolution main camera, plus a 16MP front selfie camera.
It comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of memory and has a 5,000mAh battery.
TCL 10 Pro and 10L
TCL’s 10 Pro, which is the same price as the Pro 5G, has a similar sort of set up, which again includes a 64MP high-resolution camera. Although the screen is slightly smaller at 6.47-inches.
Additionally, there is a 24MP front camera on this variant, as this model is poised to launch in the UK and Europe at some point during the second quarter.
This model will be available in grey and green colours and comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of memory, plus a 5,000mAh battery.
The entry-level TCL 10L costs £199, it also has a quad-camera setup and a 6.53-inch FHD+ screen.
The processor is slightly different, with a Snapdragon 665 chipset powering the device and providing 6GB of RAM.
Customers will have the option of either white or blue for this model.
