Good news to all home-defenders – the Android version of Plants vs Zombies 2: It’s About Time has finally hit the OS.

PvZ2 has been a long time coming on Google’s platform, having launched for free on iOS earlier in the year. Its Android version has been teased for the past few months, and now it’s the first game to officially integrate with Google Play Game Services. The launch is accompanied with a trailer, which you can see above.

The app is currently free to download. Much of the game is available to play without spending a penny, but players can opt in for in-game purchases to help them on their way, if they see fit.
