Three has launched its first HSPA+ mobile broadband USB dongle, made by Huawei, offering potential data speeds of up to 21.6Mbps as the network is upgraded.

The Huawei E367 dongle, which can swivel to stand vertically and obtain the best possible signal, is released ahead of network upgrades to support HSPA+ in the UK, as part of a gradual roll-out. It also contains a card slot for microSDHC memory cards up to 32GB in capacity.

When it goes on sale on April 7th, you will be able to buy the dongle on prepay for £69.99 with 1GB of prepaid data ready to go. On a one-month rolling contract, the price drops to £49.99 and £15.99 per month for 5GB. If taking 15GB a month, on a two-year contract at £18.03 a month, the dongle is free.

Existing customers can also upgrade their current (Three) dongle for £59.99.
